Since Meetup is now charging organizers, we need to be thinking ahead to the time when they plan to charge per group. Therefore, I'm going to consolidate all the small groups under one name. Please transfer your membership over to http://grassrootsprog... The meetups will continue at the same time and locations -- the second Tuesday in Irvine at Tia Juana's, and the fourth Thursday in Costa Mesa at Karl Strauss. We've had a good group the last two times, and if it gets bigger, we may spread out to another location, perhaps adding a third night to give more choices.

I hope that even if you have not been active, you'll transfer your membership so we can keep in touch. As we get closer to election time, perhaps you'll want to come to a Meetup. If you have a problem joining the Grassroots Progressives group, please email me.

After a couple of weeks, I'll remove everyone from this group and close it out. And don't worry, we will be supporting pro-choice.
