It is now crunch time for every progressive voter in the 48th Congressional District, and every like-minded person within driving distance, to come and and get Steve Young, the endorsed Democratic candidate, over the top. (He has the PDA endorsement as well, among others). Unfortunately, a message has gone out that a Democrat CANNOT win! But we have an excellent, progressive WINNING candidate this time around. We have a confluence of circumstances that may cause the DTS voters and moderate Republicans to look outside the Republican Party. The election is Tuesday, October 4th, and we need everyone to help get Steve's name out, and bring out the progressive vote.

The mobilization times for this weekend and through Tuesday are:

8:30 AM - Saturday and Sunday - precinct walking and leafletting at the Farmer's Market and Tustin Tiller Days
Meeting location is 101 Pacifica, Suite 240, Irvine - corner of Pacifica and Barranca at the 133 fwy.

Sunday and Monday, 5:00 - 8:30 PM, Phone calling - We have a fixed base location in Tustin with 14 phones. I will give people the exact location as I set them up. We can also
e-mail people lists and scripts.

Monday and Tuesday - Drive Time 7-9 AM, 4-6 PM, Human Billboards
