Supreme Court Up For Grabs In 08' Election

With the election in 2008 not that far off, it looks like the attempt by the right to focus on the over turning of Roe vs. Wade will be used by the Republicans to get the pro life crowd excited. With the ages of a couple of the justices in the 70's it is very possible that one or two could retire. The vote to keep R vs. W is 5 to 4, so it is possible that it could be over turned. It is very important that all involved in the woman's right to choose be made aware of what is at stake in the next election.
